Placed an order yesterday to sign up to BT Full Fibre at home
Chose a date for the "engineer visit"
Order was confirmed.
Checked status of the order this morning and the "engineer visit" shows as "cancelled" "The appointment failed"
Any ideas as to why and what's happening?
As you already have dialogue established with @DanielS, then he's probably your best bet in case there are still issues with the address.
