Could you please let me know how to return my kit? I have never received a return bag. The email from BT says, "We'll send you a replacement, free of charge. All you need to do is log into My BT and select 'Return your BT kit'", but there is no "Return your BT kit" option on the website.

can take up to 7 days to arrive plus been Christmas as well so may take longer then expected.
you have 60 days to return so no reason to panic.
The return your kit option will appear after 10 days of the 1st one being dispatched so please try again in due course.
if still unable to self serve and still not arrived you can contact BT to request another one anyways.
All the instructions are included inside the kit.
