Equipment return

Like many others on here, in spite of equipment being received in Scotland on 26 May, I'm continuing to get chasing texts and emails.  Any way of posting tracking details through my account?

Welcome and thanks for posting!

I am sorry you're receiving reminders to return the equipment.  I understand you've already sent the equipment back and you've got a tracking reference number.  Give my colleagues a call in the helpdesk on 0330 1234 150 and they'll be able to mark the equipment as returned.  Post back and let me know how you get on chatting with them.

P.S  You can change your avatar by clicking into your profile (on your username) and managing your settings. From there, there is an avatar tab with alternatives to change it to 🙂
