I've been a broadband customer for roughly 2 months now and my 'mybt' homepage has been displaying the following error for pretty much all that time:
There's been a problem getting your account details.
We have registered this problem and will be looking into it shortly.
This means that I am unable to do things like access my included xbox games pass offer.
Can somebody have a look at this please?
I previously had 2 accounts set up and this was supposed to have been fixed but I'm no closer to accessing my account.

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry you're having problems with your My BT account not showing your account information. I think probably the best option is to delete that BT ID and start again. If you send me your details, I'll be able to take a look at this for you.

Hi @TimWz, I can see that you've set up the BTID again after I deleted it and you've only the active account now linked.
Everything should now be working ok.
