I have recently switched to bt mobile and everything i try and log on to my bt mobile account it says there is an error please try again later. How do I resolve this and how do I activate bt sports on my mobile. Thanks

I've activated by bt account but when I try and log in to my account it let's me log in and on the home screen it's blank with a message saying error please try again later.

I can't log in to the bt sports app as it says account not found, but when I signed up to bt mobile I got bt sports free
Your profile doesn't have an account associated with it @Susans75 which is why the app can't find your subscription. To fix that, you need to be able to follow the instructions shown at bt.com/help/id003 but if you only see an error when you log into MyBT then unfortunately you can't follow those instructions.
Unfortunately I don't know how to help you with this issue, which is why I'm hoping a moderator can get involved with this bit.
