Before I retired, many tears ago now, we received free broadband as part in lieu of a pay rise. We could even gift it to a friend if we wanted to.
As I understand it a for life deal. I still use it but the speed has never improved, and I wonder if there is someone I can contact to talk about this.
There are also problems when I have to report faults as I don't know who deals with these contracts, though it has always been repaired no questions asked.
Any advice ?
