I had FTTP installed on Thursday 3rd Nov.
All lights are showing correctly not he open reach box but on both the open reach website and BT it does not show as available to order.
How long does this normally take or do I need to call and pass on the serial number to get it activated?

It will not be activated until you place an order. Have you tried to place an order for a broadband package with BT, online?
It would be unusual for FTTP to be fitted without an order?
I have not placed an order with BT as no packages are showing.
I live at the end of a road when 5x new build houses have been built, as a gesture of good will the builders have included my house in their Open reach FTTP install.
I have not had any direct contact with BT or open reach as the CEO of the building company has felt with it. When Open reach installed the Fibre cable and box on Thursday the told me once the POS light stopped flashing it would be ok to call up BT and upgrade to a new package.
I called BT when the light stopped flashing but FTTP broadband was not showing, only my super fast broadband.
How do I get BT/Open reach to show the ultrafast full fibre that's been installed.
Call the FTTP helpdesk on 0800 587 4787. They should be able to place the order for you.
have you tried phoning FTTP TEAM 08005874787 and see if the can help you. have serial number of ONT handy
