FTTP new order again in January 2023 & cancelled numerous times due to wayleave agreement being sought. You speak to numerous call centers operatives, an executive resolution team who don’t update on when resolution is likely. Open reach have no complaints section to address. They direct you to BT who say it’s up to open reach. Tried another provider and cable provider is open reach. Where can you go for resolution
