Fail to Create / Activate an BT ID

We tried many times of creating/activating an BT ID since account setup in Nov 2023, but it still says fails due to technical issue. Also once received an email in Dec 2023 from BT that didn't witch on the services.

What should we do?

And will it affect my WiFi service?

Hi @owlivingco welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry to see you're experiencing issues creating a BT ID. At what stage in the BT ID creation steps are you getting the error message?

The prompt displays when I do the final step - Security part.

Thanks for your reply. Have you tried this on other browsers/devices just want to rule out a browser privacy setting?

Thanks for the suggestion. Tried both Chrome and Safari browser, but the prompt happens at the same step/stage.

Any advice? Thanks!
