Fast Fibre Installation

Our family has been waiting for over 13 weeks now to have fast fibre installed. We moved to a new property and have have been without Internet connection since moving in. We are getting compensation daily but it doesnt make up for the fact that we just want our internet connection!!!. We signed a contract in good faith and yet we are being let down at every turn. We keep being told oh its under review we keep being given dates that come and go. How long can this go on for? Why cant BT tell the truth instead of getting our hopes up only to let us down?
