Will we ever get a solution-perhaps v50 of the app should simply be deleted so that we can monitor useage.

Exactly my thought-8.50 is a disaster for users.
BT may be happy with it but it seems thousands of users aren’t and do BT really care?
Seems that 8.50 is no longer and 8.51 is the new kid on the block of My BT app-
so far I can access detailed usage data and the Fetching is now Fetched.
great that BT have advised of the update/scrapping of 8.50.
Just had a quick play with 8.51 on iOS and it looks a lot better.

Seems8.50 is now superseded by 8.51 which has to some extent sorted the issue.

If anything, it is worse than before.
Was working yesterday (29 July 2024) but plagued with constant demands to log in again or restart (all phone app).
Now login fails with "bad request" and that affects web browser version and phone app.
What are they playing at? Frankly I'm fed up to the teeth with BT and if it wasn't for the hassle, I would ditch them tomorrow.
I can feel another complaint coming on.

The problems with the latest My BT app is known and is affecting many parts of the BT set up.
No known time or date for fix.
Might be Something to do with EE app update.
