Hi all!
I upgraded from Fibre 1 to Fibre 2, the order closed today and it appears I'm still on Fibre 1.
I can see in my Hub Manager that my line is capable of faster speeds than I'm currently getting.
What can I do to get the upgrade to Fibre 2 sorted?

I assume you've done an actual speed test & aren't just relying on the data figures.

you certainly seem to be still on fibre 1 with up speed restricted to 10mb. the upgrade will give a bit more down speed although not to even fibre1 max but big improvement in up speed
