I was invited by BT to upgrade my current FTTC to FTTP. I placed my order on the 1st of October and was advised BT Openreach would call to provide external fiber to my property with internal installation on the 18th of October .
I was advised by the Openreach engineer that there is NO cable infrastructure into our close and this would have to go back to BT planning.
I was then advised that installation would be provided on the 13th of November.
I have today been informed that my account has been moved to an offline team. what does this mean?
am I no longer eligible for FTTP? from BT and will have to move to another provider?
