Final bill

Hi,

I was recently forced to early terminate my Broadband and Tv package due to moving out, so I rang up the cancellation team and it was all sorted out along with the charges I would have to pay for the early termination, but today I’ve just received my final bill which is nearly two times the figure (£300+!!) I was given over the phone and what was originally showing on My BT app/website and it is due to be collected on the 3rd November. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi @ellis1994, welcome to the forum and I'm sorry that the final bill is much higher than you expected.

The first port of call would be to call and speak with the billing team. They'll be happy to review the charges on your bill to ensure they are correct.
