Kit has been returned

I have recently returned my BT box to the Returns Dept as I no longer wanted BT TV. However, on the day I received the white returns bag I didn't just receive one bag, but I received TWO! To confuse the issue the two return addresses were different. I was only returning one item.

I contacted BT and was told just to use one of the bags and return the other in the bag with the BT box. I am still in possession of my Post Office receipt.

I have today received an email and a text message reminding me to return the item. Could you please confirm that my box has been received by BT and I will not be charged for a non-return by the department on the unused second label.

I am sorry for the confusion around returning your BT TV box.  We'll be able to check that and update your account with the reference number on your proof of postage if needs be.
