Fraudulent activity

Has anyone else been accused of fraudulent activity regarding their solupposed free 6 months of xbox gamepass?, just me...

It has been a persistent battle to get the supposedly free 6 month game pass given i have had to ring up every month as i have been getting charged for this supposedly free perk after taking out full fibre back in October yet im being accused of fraudulent activity, shame on you BT. 

It's been a chore from the day I signed up for this perk and I wish I never had in hindsight. 

If it looks like a good offer it apparently is or you have to constantly bombard the online team or call to get the issue rectified each month.

Shameful to accuse a paying customer, who took up an offer, of fraudulent activity while this company have attempted to charge an extra £10 each month (price of the perk normally), who is the one committing fraudulent activity... Shameful BT utterly Shameful

Thank you for posting. I can understand your frustration at having received that email. With what you have posted and with the charges being added to your account each month it sounds like the Free 6 Month Game pass hasn't been correctly added to your account.
