Hi - my clear score update informed me that a hard search was being added through BT, except it wasn’t me. As a result my credit score went down 75 points. Besides the ovbious of not knowing how this happened I also can’t see how to dispute this on equifax/ Experian as it isn’t showing on there, only on ClearScore.
does anyone have any advice because it’s actually really quite frustrating when trying to rebuild your credit and it can be jeopardised quite easily. Thank you
