Full fibre should be available, but no upgrade options on account

Openreach emailed me recently about full fibre becoming available at my address, however whenever I check my upgrade options on my account, it's not available. According to the broadband checker site it also says WBC FTTP is available to the property. Is there any reason why I can't upgrade easily and get it installed to my house?

If dslchecker results are using your phone number then phone retentions team and see what you can negotiate 08007831401
