Ive just realised that my Game Pass Ultimate has been cancelled as of 11/3/24 . Naturally i phoned BT and the advisor said she would look into it. After some time she got back to me to say that it is no longer available as a add on through BT. Is this correct ? A few weeks back i got a email saying that it may have been added fraudulently and that it would be cancelled and i would be refunded. I contacted BT who eventually told me that some people indeed had had it added fraudulently so they were checking and all was good my end. If indeed GPU is no longer available through BT a bit of a warning would've been appreciated. Can anyone please explain whats going on as im getting very tempted to change provider ? Thanks
Hi @MikeN73 I'm sorry about that, we have a process in place to get back subcriptions that have been cancelled incorrectly due to the suspected fraudulent addition of the pass.
