My year's free Game Pass Ultimate has run out. I was under the impression that it would auto renew at £10 per month, but there doesn't seem to be any sign of it on my bill and when I click to manage subscription from my Microsoft account it takes me to MyBT where there's no sign of it either.
Just because of this hassle I'd like to cancel the subscription and purchase it elsewhere. I'm guessing it didn't auto renew anyway because the Game Pass isn't active but I'd like to confirm that before I move on.

Have you tried activating another code to see if this takes back control of your Xbox account from BT?
