Similar to a lot of people on this forum my Game Pass Ultimate is still showing as being managed by BT despite having expired over six months ago and I need to get control of the account back. If a kindly mod reads this and is able to put me in touch with the team working on this it would be appreciated.
Hi @C_Daniels, sorry your account is locked to BT. Have you tried to add a new pass as this does release the account in most cases.
If you can't add a new pass let me know and we'll get your details passed on to the Xbox team to get the account released.

Thanks, I'm trying to add a 3 months code from my MS reward points and it tells me that the subscription is managed elsewhere.
