Game pass ultimate billing hasn't switched back

@PaddyB 

Hi, I have the same issue. I had over a year on my subscription before receiving 6 months free from BT. This 6 months from BT ran out many months ago but the account has not reverted back to microsoft. Can you please also assist me with this issue as I have a gamepass code I'd like to apply but can't due to the ongoing BT management of the account.

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting. I'm sorry if your Xbox account is still showing as being managed by BT. If you send me your details, I'll be able to get the Xbox team to investigate.
