Hi,
I've had new broadband installed last week (fibre 900) and was meant to get the game pass. However, it isn't there when I followed the instructions I was given.
I've called and was reassured it would be sorted, but this was over a week ago now and telephone support don't seem to know what to do.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry you've not heard back yet about your Game Pass. Have you checked to see if it has been added to the Your Products section on your MyBT on an internet browser as it won't show on the app?

Hi @PaulOddy Thanks for your patience and understanding whilst I worked on this for you. I can see that the Game Pass has now been claimed and I apologise for the problems experienced. We had to remove old accounts associated with your BT ID and re-linked your new account to resolve this.
I'll close the case off as resolved but if you need any help in the future you're more than welcome to post back on the community.
