Added 12 Months Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to my BT Fibre 900 Account as part of the offer package.
The Gamepass 12 months expired yesterday 15.4 but its still showing linked to BT and Microsoft are saying contact you to break the link and cancel the package so ownership of account returns to Microsoft/ me.
** Auto Renew is not enabled **
Just checked on Microsoft account page and its now says Expires 16.5 ?
Gamepass Utimate is now no longer showing on my BT account under Your Products / Content Partners
I want it cancelled now please.
Can somebody DM me please to get this resolved as I don't want Gamepass on my account anymore ever.
