I had 10 months left on my free Gamepass Ultimate from BT yet this morning it's suddenly stopped working and now showing as cancelled on my xbox console despite me not doing any thing to cancel it. The gamepass option has also randomly disappeared from my BT. Any help?

Called them and got no real help just bounced from department to department and then told I was going to have to wait 5 working days essentially rendering me without the use of my xbox gamepass for that time period.
