Gamepass rebrand and price increases - what's happening with the £12 BT product?

As has been widely reported today Gamepass tiers are changing and the top tier is now going up to a shocking £22.99.  This is GamePass Ultimate.  I'd like to know if the packaged Gamepass Ultimate product many of us pay for via our bill at £12 a month will be affected.

Is BT going to continue to use the Ultimate tier and put the price up or will they move down to the cheaper Gamepass Premium tier that costs £10.99?  I would assume this would be discounted to BT customers.

On the product page on my account it still says it's £12 but with Xbox keeping the name of the product tier it's impossible to know if this correct as that price at that tier doesn't exist anymore.

Interestingly, if I log into my Xbox app it says my next charge will be next May and for the new Ultimate tier.

I was thinking the same. My Broadband contract is up. if they honor the price id probably renew/stay

Hi Fibrediet. I read your post with interest as it’s exactly my question too. I definitely don’t want to pay top tier of £22.99 pm. For now I have suspended my GPass with BT until I can see what we will be charged. I also don’t see an option to change the tiers.
