Can anyone help, I upgraded my broadband a few months ago & should have received a gift card, I’ve not had an email to claim it. Twice now I’ve been on the bt help chat & I’ve been promised a resolution. Yesterday I was advised to send an email to purecard, which I’ve done but they’ve just sent me back to BT, it’s just going round & round! Any ideas? I’m really annoyed especially as it turned out I ended up paying an extra £3 on top of the upgrade total for digital voice with no way of removing.

I am sorry that you've had trouble getting the reward card.
Can you try to click on the link under How to Claim on our BT Reward Cards page, and then login to your My BT account from there to see if you are able to claim that way?
If it is still not giving you an option to claim, you would need to contact our customer service guides again so they can look at the correct process for getting the card to you.
