Just had an email saying I've been upgraded to 3+.
Looking at the benefits I'm not sure why I've been upgraded and possibly it's a slightly worse option.
I already have an EE device if my broadband goes down, I already get the double data option, but I seem to have lost the benefit where if my broadband goes down I get unlimited data until it's restored.
I don't have fibre to the house and checking openreaches site it ain't coming anytime soon.
Any suggestions as to what benefits I'm actually getting that's different to what I already have, please?
does your EE device provide broadband automatically if hub ahs problems or do you have to call CS first?
