Please Help!
A BT credit hard search has appeared on my credit rating.
It is clearly a fraudulent one as the wrong DOB and title was used.
However, it has still been recorded against me.
Can you tell me how to find out more about this fraudulent credit request? and where it came from?
I have my phone screen repaired on the same day - have they stolen my details??

You would need to dispute this with the credit agency recording the hard check, BT use 2 credit reference agencies:
