Help my 83 year old mum please

Hi

I helped mum open a broadband and landline in january. Shes 83. I used my email address to set it up but i believe all details in her name. 

She told me that her bill has shot up last month so i opened a BTid app account a week ago but bills will not show up. I can see her plan and check her broadband speed etc but after 7 days still no bill are there. Just says due to a temorary hitch etc. 

Can anyone please help. Shes anxious and i dont know what to do.
