Help needed to claim £50 digital reward card

New Customer here and post 14 day cool off period for BT broadband - I would appreciate someone advising me how to claim my digital reward card as online link isn't working.

Hi @Falloutglenn, sorry you can't claim your reward online. Get in touch using the 'Message now' option on this page: Broadband | BT Help and one of our guides will claim it for you.
