I have the same issue, where my BT.com defaults to my old account and I can't access my new account settings for the broadband and the phone. From the responses this seems to need assistance from someone inside BT. Is someone able to help?

I am sorry for the problems with the older account on your BTID. My colleagues in the helpdesk will be able to help remove the older account. You can reach them on 0330 1234 150. Drop me a reply back and let me know how you get on.
