Help removing duplicate account to redeem Xbox offer

Good afternoon. 

I too have the same issue, please can someone help me to remove a duplicate account so that I can redeem the Xbox offer.

have you tried contacting the billing team as they should be able to help

Hi. Yes I have. Tried them through chat and was told it was all sorted, but might take 48 hours. However, it’s over a week later and no joy. Thanks

I am sorry for the problems you've had trying to remove the duplicate account and order the Xbox Game Pass.  I appreciate the time you've taken speaking with my colleague on live chat and I am disappointed that things still aren't resolved for you.
