High Monthly bills

Since the last increase I am now paying over £76 a month, this seems very excessive for only a broad band and land line service.

I have asked a reduction when my contract end in November, but have heard nothing, I will change providers if I do not hear, am I the only fool paying this or are there alot of us out there

You have not stated which broadband package and calling package you have so it is difficult to say if it is excessive or not.

I would not expect BT to contact you with any deals.  If you check your MyBT you may find what is on offer there or if you call the BT retentions on 0800.800.030 you may be able to negotiate a better deal when you are nearing the end of your contract.
