The form that you place your order on, once you enter your postcode, it gives you a list of properties. If yours is listed, then simply select it, and you should be able to proceed with the order.

Somewhere on that form there used to be an option to enter your own address if it did not appear on the list. That raises a request with Openreach to determine the routing. Your address would be designated "Bronze" by Openreach, its nothing to do with BT Retail. I did ask what your postcode was, as its possible to to get more information from other websites.

There is nothing else I can add. If you can confirm that you intend to place your order with BT Retail, and not any other provider, then it may be possible for a moderator to place the order for you.
