I am currently with Vodafone but want to sign-up for BT Home Essentials (I qualify). The home Essentials page says that it is available to new and existing customers however it only gives a number for existing customers (BT,EE,Plusnet). I have tried calling the BT number but you have to put in your BT phone number which I don't have as I've not switched over yet, this is what i'm trying to do.
Any ideas? do I need to switch to BT first and then apply for Home Essentials.

Hi @Tantastic, as you don't have a BT number please just wait on the line and you'll be put through to a guide to help you with this.
