My contract doesn't end til June 2027. However, i am due to complete sale of my home soon, however, i haven't found anywhere to move to and will need to stay with my mum temporarily. She already has broadband. I havent fiund anyone at BT to speak to, clicked on the Moving House and there appears to be an error. Has anyone been in a similar situation before? I would like to keep my BT broadband.

You could try contacting BT 0330.1234.150 and see about getting a second broadband line installed at your mothers and have your broadband "Home Move" carried out to that.
If just did a "Home Move" to your mother's house she would most likely end up losing her broadband as you can not have two broadband packages on the same line.
Thank you. I'll see if i can call them in the morning and ask. My mum did previously have BT Broadband but swapped to a different provided. Maybe they could reuse the old connections there.
