Home phone and broadband contract coming to an end

Is it best to call to try and get a good deal on a new contract? Or is there an online option? Which number gets me through to the right department? Thanks in advance.

try either options team0800800030 or retention 08007831401 and see what you can negotiate  make sure you know BT current offers and also that of other ISP to help your bargaining
