How Do I Obtain A Returns Bag

I need to return a mini hub, the email received says I can request a bag on the website but the link doesn't appear to exist.  I have tried phoning but first there is no option to choose that matches what I need and then after being placed in a queue for ages when someone eventually answered they said hello then hung up before I could even speak!!!!
