How can I cancel my Xbox subscription?

Is there a way to  cancel the free  Xbox subscription, not switch off the auto renewal, cancel it all together?

have you tried contacting CS 03301234150 or try billing  https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband
