i am trying to decide whether to cancel my broadband with bt. I want to chat online, but the website is really difficult to navigate. Is there a chat messaging service anymore

Select the 'message now' option on this link https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband to have a live chat with a billing guide, they'll get you sorted.
