I would like to take over an account to ensure the Broadband doesn't get turned off if BT are contacted by solicitors informing them the account holder has deceased.
I have the login for MyBT and the current payment method is Cash & cheque. I can therefore pay the next bill online via CC.
If I keep paying will the broadband stay active?

The Bereavement team is available on 0800 169 1663. Opening hours are 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm Saturday, and 9am to 6pm Sunday.
