Hi, I have spoken to multiple people in technical support but I’m not getting any where. When I log into BT I see two accounts, my existing and an old one. The old one has been delete/removed by Support but still shows. When I try and change my flexible TV package I then see 3 accounts 🤕🤯 and it doesn’t let me change my package. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
