I have been with BT since 2006 apart from a very brief period in 2019. When I returned to BT I used the same email address and as a result have two accounts showing in My BT. Sometimes when clicking on links in MyBT the account on screen defaults back to the old account. How do I get ths old account removed?

Call BT 0800.800.150 and ask Customer Services to remove it.
