I am a returning BT customer. When I logged back into MyBT my 2 old accounts were still listed. And MyBT keeps defaulting to one of them when I click on Offers and My Products and it won't let me switch to my current account. So I am losing out.
There is no option to Delete An Account in MyBT only to Add An Account.
So help how can I delete these 2 old accounts?
