Yes , if the team have your landline number then they should be using that to contact you too.

I've finally received a response and resolution today. Calls had been noted and not actually made and BT have accepted wrongdoing with my complaint.
Got there in the end but it's an arduous process.

I'm glad that your issue has finally been resolved to your satisfaction. It must have come as something of a surprise to you, to find that members on this forum, rather than assist with your legitimate enquiry, are quick to criticize anyone who has anything negative to say about BT. If I was a conspiracy theorist ............
