I returned a HH2 this week for a revised model that BT sent.
The legacy one was returned in the BT return bag and I see it was delivered on the 24th April 2024. My account does still show 'return equipment' status but appreciate this may take a little time to update. Question is how long?
Appreciate any heads up before contacting 150.
It takes much longer than it should, I would advise you to keep hold of your receipt and tracking number

I get the impression that processing returns is not high on BT's list of priorities, fining people for non-return of equipment which has been returned however .........
