Apologies I've seen variations on this topic, but would like help please.
My service went live today and I received an email regarding XBox Game Pass.
I have followed the instructions but there is no external partners option available on mobile or desktop.
I do not have more than 1 BTIDs.
Some posts have suggested that it will be available after the 14 day cooling off period, but that just doesn't sound right.
Why would it not be clear in the email and text? Why send it now?

I did use laptop to access.
I've not had any bills yet
The email states available to use straight away.
No T's & C's to suggest otherwise.
I've started a webchat with BT now...
