I have been round and round the myBT website trying to cancel my subscription to Discovery+ (TNT sports).
Manage Discovery+ on myBT takes me to Discovery+ website.
Discovery+ says subscription must be managed by BT and takes me back there.
A search of the forums says to stop auto renewal - but how/where do I do that?
Seriously frustrated.
If you have a monthly sports pass, you can stop the renewal which cancels it until/if you want to reactivate it.
Any other subscription you have to get in touch and give 30 days notice to end the subscription.

How exactly? I was hoping for a "cancel automatic renewal" button somewhere. Do you mean get in touch with my credit card company to block the payment? As far as I can see there is no way to "stop the renewal" on the BT website.
In the end I had to call them (wasting hours on the phone).
With Now TV I dip in and out with a monthly pass when there is something I want to watch. I had hoped to do the same with TNT. After this experience I will not buy another TNT pass.
