Is it possible to change the username (email address) that was set up for NOW TV as part of my BT TV package?
It is using my work email address and I need to change this to be my personal email address.
Some history to this:
I placed an order for BT Broadband and TV.
There was a problem with the order and BT Sales had to cancel it and place a new order.
When they placed the new order, they were unable to use my personal email address for the NOW TV Username, as it had been used for the original order. So to circumvent the problem we used my work email address for the NOW TV Username. I was told by Sales that this would only be temporary and that they would change this back once the order completed. Unfortunately they did not do this.
